It offers durability, excellent image quality and superior coating characteristics. Due to its hybrid dual-cure/pre-sensitized formula,ProChem® HXT produces sharper edges and unsurpassed resolution. This product is pre-sensitized and does not require the addition of Diazo. Hybrid / Pre-sensitized Photopolymer emulsion for UV, Graphic(solvent based), and Plastisol inks. Uses - Can be used for faster exposure times when printing with Plastisol Inks or Solvent Inks. User Instructions - HXT is a one part emulsion that does not require a diazo to be added. Use straight from container. It is important to have a clean dry screen before you apply the emulsion. Use a clean coating trough that has a smooth edge without nicks or burrs. Coating environment should be in a clean safe light area. 1. Apply one or two coats of emulsion to the print side. 2. Reverse the screen and apply one or two coats to the squeegee side. To achieve user specific results, additional coats may be used. Instructions- HXT does not require any diazo mix. Emulsion comes ready to use. Lightly stir before use and apply to a degreased, clean and dry screen, using a scoop coater for easy application. Allow emulsion to fully dry, in a light safe environment, before exposure. Storage - Store the emulsion in a cool dry place. Unopened emulsion has a shelf life of one year when stored properly. Coated screens will last up to 30 days with good results when stored correctly. Handling - *Handle in light safe conditions and make sure to store in a cool dry place. 1 Quart Container
